About

Tag you it!
My long life “ICT Guru”, Maggie Verster, has tagged me to write seven things about myself that no one knows. It has been with me for awhile, as I thought – who cares? But then, after exploring the Web 2.0 environment for the past year or so I found that it may be interesting to write about staff that even my colleagues at work not may know about me.
So here it goes:

Seven things you didn’t know about me:

1. I was born in Israel during six day war ,
Started Grade 1 when it was Kippur war,
did matric during the Lebanon War,
did my service in the army, when nearly completed the first Intifada erupted
did my exams at university of Jerusalem during the Gulf war, (gas masks, sealed rooms, the all story)
Now I live In South Africa with husband and three girls where we fight a different war-crime

 2. When I was about four years old my mom passed away and after 10 long years my dad remarried a South American amazing woman from Chile. Thanks to her I know Spanish. I am especially good with the swearing words. There was a time when I could rhyme you any word with a swearing word in Spanish (Now as I don’t use it I lose it)

 3. I LOVE reading books check this post

 4. When I was in the army I had been an eyewitness to an attempt murder (by the metal piece of a coca cola can.) Which I had to take the stand in court as a witness.

 5. Love Israeli Dancing (means lots of jumping and combination of samba, cha cha, Waltz, Hora and middle eastern)

 6. Two years ago I had to be rushed to the hospital as I had appendicitis. I actually walked for more than two weeks with this serious pain thinking its gastro pains from eating Matzos (the type of bread we eat at Passover)

7. Met the most amazing people during my life in South Africa. But one of my memorable meetings was with the Queen of Bafokeng. Story of the Royal Bafokeng

I am supposed to tag seven more people. The problem is that there are so many new fellow twitters and bloggers that I would have liked to read about, I can’t single out.

Therefore I am changing the game a bit and TAG YOU IT! Every week I will tag seven of my fellow twitteres to write seven things about themselevs.

If you are reading this post, feel free to post a comment and tell me something about yourself .
